LAST ORDERS PROJECT:
A hop farm in Kent England survived the pandemic, but its' future is in now in doubt: Hops are mostly used in beer making in the UK, and the pandemic saw all the pubs closed.
Using vintage machinery and traditional working methods, I set out to record what might be their last crop after hundreds of years of picking in a high tech world.
This project aims to remind us that our past is sometimes still around us.
